The Academy

Martial arts training at the Tong Long Kung Fu Academy leads to a number of benefits in addition to self-defence. General fitness, posture and health are improved with regular training and progress is achieved through improvements in coordination, core strength, speed, balance, sensitivity and awareness.

The Academy has a considerate, respectful and responsible culture of training; however, prospective students should be mindful that progress requires effort and Academy members take their training seriously with genuine and determined application of themselves during classes.
